An Open Letter From an Iranian Soldier "Without Color" to Rafsanjani

Following up on the still-unverified statement from last week, an open letter from an Iranian solider "without color" has been released which holds the "autonomous existence of IRGC and Basij as the gravest danger" to the Iranian nation and its people. The letter goes onto provocatively "accuse Mr. Khamenei and his helpers of high treason" and promises to "bring those to be tried by a martial court at the first possible opportunity."

Mr. Rafsanjani Sir, may I?

With salutation and requesting yours and your loved ones’ well being and happiness from the almighty God, with your permission, I have a few things to mention. Mr. Rafsanjani Sir, we Iranian soldiers hold you in high esteem & liking. We and our country owe you greatly. Please know that all of us are proud of having worked with the various national rescue commissions and committees during the constructive era. If only we could tell our people and the world about the countless times you saved our dear nation. If our people knew, they would be mentioning your name next to Amir Kabir and God willing, it will be so in the future.

Mr. Rafsanjani Sir, we have not forgotten your beautiful speeches. You told us that our economy needs to flourish first in order to increase the scientific, educational and logical ceilings of our people, so that we can establish the Government that our nation deserves. You told us that the future is in our hands, and whichever way the nation chooses, that way it will be. With your kindness and greatness, you respected our convictions and opinions, even if some of them were nonconforming with yours. You taught us to respect each others’ views. You strengthened our spirits and made us hopeful for a bright future for our country.

Sir, from the very beginning, we identified the autonomous existence of IRGC and Basij as the gravest danger to our people and country. No Military or paramilitary organ should ever be allowed to operate within our borders and against our own people. Iran is in the hand of those corrupted commanders of IRGC and Basij. The ones who trample on our nation’s rights with Chinese & Russian boots, and aim at our noble and oppressed people with foreign bullets and batons. The leadership prefers Palestinian and Lebanese Guards over Iranian soldiers today, and has started the sell-out of our country and people. We, the officers of the Army of Iranians, accuse Mr. Khamenei and his helpers of high treason against our people and country, and will bring those to be tried by a martial court at the first possible opportunity.

And now, this Iranian soldier has some questions of you, which are in no way meant in an offensive or provocative manner. With your permission:

1. Do the thuggish IRGC and society members have anyone else at their helm but Mr. Khamenei?
2. Isn’t it better to remove the sectarian & biased regime from Iranian lands and replace it with a just & free regime for our people and their faiths, so that their faiths and their priests are respected again?
3. Do you find the absolute personal rule, be it King or Spiritual, over Iran as right?
4. Do you consider our honest and freedom seeking people of the Iranian lands to be orphans, ignorant or retarded to require guardianship?
5. Who else but the political clergy, zealously religious and pretenders (of faith) have brought, promoted and legitimized decay, sinning and rape in Iranian lands and feed on the blood of our Nation?

Mr. Rafsajani Sir! Iran lays in ruins, and the cause for that is the Islamic Revolution and its wrong ideas. Injustice, oppression, superstition and decay are drowning our society. Our youth and people suffer from sexual and mental complexes, and at the helm of all this decay are no other than clergymen and the religious zealots. The ideas of the Islamic Revolution are old, inhumane, against wisdom and (Islamic) directions, and have not brought us Iranians any gains. You know better than us but please allow me to bring the following to your attention:

1. Mr. Khamenei and his diabolical helpers will not leave the scene without putting up a fight, simply because they have nowhere to go to.
2. The Islamic Assembly (Majlis) is directed and under orders, lacks power or initiative, and we can’t expect the rescue of our country from the opportunists.
3. Mr. Khamenei is suffering from the Hitler syndrome, and there’s no turning back from it. 
4. Our security and military officials in charge are all society members and sectarians (members of a Millennium cult) and will not shy from committing any kind of crimes.
5. Iran has become a poor, humiliated, hated and backward country and has no resemblance of being Iranian (note: Iranian means noble).
6. Faith and religion have no place in Governance because governance is a worldly affair, and you can’t rule a country on faith (opinions), taste (preferences) and old slogans.
7. The Islamic Revolution has devasted Iran, and has placed the ignorant, complex laden, thugs and scum, retarded thieves, and demagogues at the helm of our nation, destroying our Iranian (noble) heritage while replacing it with destruction, ignorance and superstition.
8. The only way out of this impasse is to fight for a just, free and non-religious and (personal) taste based regime. 
   

Mr. Rafsanjani, Sir! We will no longer keep quiet and be idle. The time for patience and moderation has come to its end. Our homeland & our people have reached an impasse and are at the brink of implosion and falling apart. If you ask us soldiers of Iran; homeland or religion, we choose our homeland, we will stand by our decision. Faith in God is needless of religion. Religion and its trade are the creation of the clergy. We Iranian soldiers are faithful , and God loving but not pretenders of piety. The greatest national treasures are our homeland and our people, not religious sects.

Sir, you were always fearing a civil war in Iran but now you can see that it is not so. The Iranian people of all tribes are with us and against the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist, and the oppression by the IRGC. We are not against Islam or faith, since most of us are pious and faithful. Know that it is not us who destroy faith in the eyes of the people but the zealot religious sectarians. Today’s fight is not rooted in the lack of faith, and love for God among our people. Our problem is the lack of faith and wisdom of the Islamic Republic officials. We consider freedom, tranquility, peace, progress, and adherence to human rights as our paramount values, and have entered the theatre (note: military term for combat field), and will not leave the theatre until the day we have freed our dear Iran from religious and ideological oppression. We the soldiers of Iran will void our oath to the Islamic Republic, and replace it with a new oath.

Mr. Rafsanjani Sir, the continuation of the Islamic republic regime is a great betrayal of our nation and homeland. 30 years of misdirection, tyranny, ignorance and looting of our homeland is more than enough. We now find it to be our duty to collapse the Islamic regime, and never again accept any kind of taste-based or ideological regime. We consider democracy and human rights to be the only rightful, and God pleasing foundations for a regime. Freedom of opinion (faith), and ideals is a divine ordinance. Neither the clergy, nor prophets nor rulers have the right to change this divine law. Our country doesn’t belong to Imam Zaman but to Iranians. Our fight is not God. We have entered this theatre for our people and homeland with our love for, and faith in the almighty God. God needs no defense, but Iranians do and without it they will perish by the hands of the diabolic fellowship of Mr. Khamenei. We Iranian soldiers are obliged to defend our people and homeland, and not the regime or sultanate. Those who raise arms against our innocent  and unarmed people are our enemies and that of our people and homeland.

Know that, beginning with Moharam, we the soldiers of Iran will confront those and their leaders appropriately and decisively. Know that if our people seek refuge at the bases of the Iranian Army, they shall never be left without the refuge sought. Know that we the Iranian soldiers will not keep silent any longer. Know that we no longer find the Islamic Revolution as bearable, and will not be pleased with the replacement of this or that official. Know that we are the soldiers of Iranians and not those of the Islamic republic. Know that the soldiers of Iran accuse the regime of the Islamic Republic and its leadership of high treason, and herewith declare war upon those.

Mr. Rafsanjani Sir, our request from you is your order. I swear to God the Almighty that all legions of the fighters of Iran and our dear nation are ready, and if you asked us to arrest the Government, and the leadership to return calm and defend our people’s rights, we shall carry out this mission within 24 hours nationwide while abstaining from committing any kind of crimes. Sir, please allow us to save Iran under your orders, since you are the only regime official we trust. Sir, there is a condition to this matter; you should lead the transition Government and allow a referendum to be held in order to free Iran from the claws of Evil, and in complete freedom and calmness lay the foundations of the Republic of Iran, and God willing return kindness and happiness back to the Iranian lands.

Sir, our request is not beyond our rights, and we expect of your Excellency, our former commander, to hasten to save our people, homeland and faith. Amir Kabir, come to the defense of the oppressed people of Iranian lands and our ancient and dear homeland!

Allow us once more to save Iran under your wise command. Let us rebuild our homeland to a free and prosperous God loving nation.

There is little time left, and we stand ready. Don’t let us embark upon this action without you. 

We the soldiers of Iranian lands don’t recognize the leadership, Government, Parliament and the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic as legitimate. We solely consider your Excellency as a legitimate official, not because of your position in the Islamic Republic regime but because of our high esteem, affection and trust in you. Our decision is final. Sir, join us and let us start anew. Be the Amir Kabir of for our honest and oppressed people.
